Members
Log in, open the About page and tap ✉️ Message the Admin. Your message goes straight to the Admin, like any other direct message, and you will see the reply in your messages.
Parents, carers and teachers
If your child is a member, the quickest way to reach us is a message from their account using ✉️ Message the Admin, signed with your name. You can ask to see the information we hold about your child, have it corrected, or close the account. Every member is also checked in person, so you can speak directly to the person who approved your child's account.
Spotted a mistake?
We want every fact on NOVA News to be right. If you find an error in a NOVA Learn explainer or a daily story, tell us which page it was on and what is wrong, and we will check it and fix it.
Want to join?
Go to the NOVA News home page and choose Request access. The Admin approves new members and checks each one in person, so it can take a little while.
